Греча с шампиньонами в духовке

Ингредиенты

💫гречка 200 гр
💫лук — 1 шт
💫морковь — 1 шт большая
💫шампиньоны — 370 гр (пачка)
💫болгарский перец — 1 шт
💫масло для жарки
💫вода или бульон 300-350 мл
💫укроп 1 пучок (30 гр)
💫соль, перец — по вкусу

Приготовление

1️⃣Нарежьте лук, морковь и болгарский перец. Обжарьте на сковороде до золотистого цвета.

2️⃣Переложите грибы с овощами в форму для запекания (у меня 1,6 л), посолите и поперчите, всыпьте гречку, залейте водой или бульоном.

3️⃣Поставьте в духовку на 40-45 мин при 180С
