Салат из молодой капусты

Ингредиенты (на 4 порции)

💫Капуста — 500 гр
💫Огурцы — 150-200 гр
💫Зеленый лук — 30 гр
💫Оливки — 10-15 шт
💫Укроп — 20 гр
💫Соль, перец — по вкусу
💫Сметана 4 ст л
💫Цедра лимона — 1 ч л
💫Оливковое масло — 2 ст л

Приготовление

1️⃣Капусту покрошить мелкой соломкой. Помять и сложить в салатник

2️⃣Огурцы также порезать мелко соломкой, оливки — кружочками или мелко. Зелень измельчить.
Если едите яйца, то можно добавить яйцо.

3️⃣Приготовить заправку: смешать сметану, масло, цедру.

4️⃣Все пермешать в салатнике, украсить зеленью и можно подавать.
