Мигрант из Киргизии находился в России неофициально и жил в общежитии на Братской. 14 января он поссорился с другим жильцом, поколотил, после чего бедолага скончался от травм в больнице. Узнав об этом, киргиз собрал вещи и сбежал из общаги вместе с сожительницей. Они пересекли границу и направились в Бишкек.
