Das Verwaltungsgericht Köln hat aktuell die Klage der AfD gegen die Einstufung der AfD-Jugend als „gesichert rechtsextrem“ durch den Verfassungsschutz abgelehnt. Damit darf die „Junge Alternative“ (JA) als gesichert extremistische Bestrebung behandelt und mit nachrichtendienstlichen Mitteln überwacht werden.
