在使用clash for windows进行局域网链接的时候，我们可以通过访问clash网页控制端对clash进行管理。
具体步骤如下：
1. 在cfw设置中，关闭动态端口的功能，因为这会让cfw每次重启都会修改clash的api 端口;
2. 打开配置文件目录的主目录，打开config.yaml;
3. 修改external-controller的 127.0.0.1 为0.0.0.0，这样就可以通过局域网的IP进入 clash网页控制端了，端口和密钥就根据自己习惯改吧
