Отдельно остановлюсь на проблеме, которая беспокоит наш Братский район и другие северные территории- бесконтрольное увеличение популяции бакланов на территории наших водохранилищ, что наносит реальный ущерб природе региона.

Соответствующие поправки, которые позволят производить отстрел и регулирование популяции этой птицы, с коллегами по МРГ «Байкал» мы уже подготовили, будем отстаивать их принятие.
