台湾北部基隆港外的海底通信电缆上周遭到损坏，台湾海巡署研判，不排除是中国大陆籍货轮进行灰色地带侵扰的可能性。综合《联合报》、路透社等报道，野柳东北方海域海底国际电缆上星期五（1月3日）早上7时45分发生四芯损坏，初步研判是喀麦隆籍货轮造成。但英国《金融时报》报道，这艘货轮属于香港注册公司，曾在电缆断裂的地点拖锚。台湾海巡署星期一（1月6日）晚上说，台湾海巡人员已在野柳北方7海里（约13公里）处拦截案发时间航经该海域的喀麦隆籍“SHUNXIN39”货轮，并要求该船立即返回基隆港外海接受调查。但海巡…
