欧盟星期一（1月20日）针对涉及中国的高科技专利许可费一事诉至世界贸易组织。中国官方回应时说，将按照世贸组织规则处理后续事项，坚决维护自身合法权益。据路透社报道，负责监督欧盟27个成员国贸易政策的欧盟委员会指中国在未经专利所有者同意的情况下，制定欧盟标准必要专利全球许可费率，并批评此举不公平且不合法。欧盟委员会指中国授权中国法院为欧盟高科技公司，尤其是在电信领域的企业制定全球费率。“这迫使欧洲创新型高科技公司在全球范围内降低费率，从而使中国制造商以更低的价格，不公平地获得这些欧洲技术。” 中国商务部…
