中国自去年12月1日起实施多项促进房地产市场平稳健康发展的相关税收政策，新政策实施首月新增减免税116.9亿元（人民币，下同，约21.7亿新元）。据新华社报道，中国国家税务总局星期六（1月25日）发布相关数据。国税总局财产和行为税司有关负责人介绍，新政策包括三方面内容：一是将个人购买住房契税享受1%较低优惠政策的住房面积标准由原来的90平方米提高到140平方米，这一政策新增减税65亿元。住房面积标准扩围后，个人购买住房享受1%契税最低优惠税率的家庭达到140.7万户，占全部享受契税优惠政策家庭的89…
