（路透电）美国总统特朗普已下令对加拿大和墨西哥进口商品征收关税，包括两国的能源进口产品。分析师认为，欧洲和亚洲炼油厂或能因此获益，从而在市场竞争中更占优势。白宫近日宣布，美国将自2月4日起对来自加拿大的进口商品征收25%关税，能源产品征收10%关税；而墨西哥的进口商品和能源产品，均会被征收25%关税。路透社星期日（2月2日）援引业内人士分析说，这两个国家是美国进口原油的最大来源，征收关税将抬高美国炼油商所需的较重质原油的成本，从而降低美国炼油商的盈利能力，并可能迫使他们减产，或给其他市场的炼油商带来机会。…
