МФК «Займер» перечислила акционерам дивиденды за I квартал в полном объеме – в размере 458 миллионов рублей, или 4,58 рубля на обыкновенную акцию.
Номинальные держатели акции и доверительные управляющие, являющиеся профессиональными участниками рынка ценных бумаг, получат дивиденды не позднее 24 июня включительно, а другие лица, зарегистрированные в реестре акционеров – не позднее 15 июля включительно.
Займер намерен и дальше направлять не менее половины прибыли на выплату дивидендов раз в квартал.
