خَلَقَ الله -تعالى- الإنسان عزيزاً مُكرَّماً، وأخبر بذلك فقال: ﴿ولقد كرَّمنا بني آدم﴾. وهذا التكريم يحمل معاني كثيرة، منها أنَّ الله حفظ له كرامته، ونهى عن إهانته، وحرَّم ظُلْمه وسبَّه، وغيبتَه وبَهْته، وتقبيحه وتحقيره، وهمزَه ولمزَه. أحِبَّتي: الإنسان السويّ، يفرح بالمكانة، ويأبى التحقير والإهانة، ويحرص على ألَّا تُنتهكَ كرامته، حتَّى لو كان صغير السنِّ أو خامل الذِكْر. فانتبهوا إلى ذلك غاية الاهتمام، وأحيطوا الناس بالتقدير والاحترام، وتذكَّروا أنَّ الأقربين أولى بالمعروف، وأقرب الأقربين إلى الإنسان أمُّه وأبوه، وابنُه وابنتُه، وزوجُه وإخوانُه.. الأقربون أولى بمعروفكم وإحسانكم. وأولى بتقديركم واحترامكم. وأولى بلُطفكم واهتمامكم.

During a meeting with the president of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE) on June 6, Telegram's Vice President Ilya Perekopsky announced the initiatives.
