«اشترَطَ كثيرٌ من الأصحابِ لخروجِها في النَّهارِ «الحاجة»، وأحمدُ وجماعةٌ لم يشترِطوا ذلك فلا حاجةَ في التَّحقيقِ إلى اشتراطِه؛ لأنَّ المرأةَ وإن لم تكن متوفًّى عنها تُمنَعُ من خروجِها من بيتِها لغيرِ حاجةٍ مُطلَقًا»
