((( الجواب))) أذا كنت اشتريت أرض الوقف من غير علم بحرمتها ثم بنيت عليها، فلامانع أن تعوض هذه الأرض بأرض مثلها أو أحسن منها وتوقفها على المسجد، فقد جاء في الحديث" لاضرر ولاضرار" فلنفي الضرر عليك وعلى المسجد، فتكون أرض يتم وقفها بدل الأرض التي بنيت عليها، والله المستعان
