Am 27.02.2025 war ich Wahlverteidiger als Nichtjurist im Strafverfahren von Ruth Gadé aus Hamburg. Auch als Nicht-Anwalt darf man das nach §138 Abs. 2der Strafprozessordnung.
Nach 4h konnte ich einen Freispruch erkämpfen.
Die Staatsanwältin wünschte sich jedoch eine harte Strafe wegen der Gesinnung zu den Massnahmen des Hamburger Bürgermeisters.
