إذا ركع المأموم دون الصف ثم زالت فذوذيته بدخوله في الصف أو وقوف آخر معه فلا يخلو -على المذهب عند الحنابلة- من أربعة أحوال:
الأول: أن تزول فذوذيته قبل ركوع الإمام فتصح صلاته.
الثاني: أن تزول فذوذيته بعد الركوع وقبل الرفع فتصح أيضا.
الثالث: أن تزول فذوذيته بعد رفع الإمام من الركوع، فلا يخلو من حالين:
أ- أن يكون له عذر بالركوع دون الصف كما لو خشي فوات الركعة فتصح صلاته. ب- ألا يكون له عذر؛ كما لو أدرك الإمام في أول الصلاة، ووجد فرجة، أو كان يعلم إطالة الإمام الركوع فلا تصح صلاته؛ لورود الرخصة في المعذور دون غيره.
الرابع: أن تزول فذوذيته بعد سجود الإمام فلا تصح مطلقا سواء ركع دون الصف لعذر أو لا؛ لانفراده في معظم الركعة.
