Q：为什么曾经停满了车的路段划了停车位却再也没人来了？

好吧认真说——图中这种路段的需求者往往是长期停车用户，而定价策略却是鼓励短期使用(偶尔一两小时很便宜，但12h连续停车要70元)。长期用户又是价格敏感的，这就出现了供需错位。但更深层的原因可能是成本：路边车位尽管有地面感应但是需要人工拍照取证，但凡有人停车就需要1个在岗的工作人员，人工成本很高。为了充分利用这些车位，价格策略是设定较低的日封顶价，成本策略可以改成整条街两段道闸封闭，逗留按规定收费。很多工业园区道路都是这样(缺点是流量大了会阻碍交通)——说白了还是靠自动化！靠新质生产力[憨笑]
