В Минусинске разгорается скандал вокруг деятельности главы города Андрея Первухина

Последней каплей переполнившей чашу терпения минусинцев, стал снос городского фонтана который был построен на личные средства одного из горожан.
Андрей Первухин приказал снести фонтан, так как на его обслуживание и ремонт не было денег. Однако сейчас в бюджете края нашли «лишние» 17 млн. руб на строительство нового фонтана.

Снесенный фонтан в свое время был одной из главных достопримечательностей города, посмотреть на него приезжали люди из соседней Хакасии и юга Красноярского края.

Жители Минусинска устали терпеть художества главы города и начали сбор подписей за его отставку.

In handing down the sentence yesterday, deputy judge Peter Hui Shiu-keung of the district court said that even if Ng did not post the messages, he cannot shirk responsibility as the owner and administrator of such a big group for allowing these messages that incite illegal behaviors to exist. Ng was convicted in April for conspiracy to incite a riot, public nuisance, arson, criminal damage, manufacturing of explosives, administering poison and wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm between October 2019 and June 2020. During the meeting with TSE Minister Edson Fachin, Perekopsky also mentioned the TSE channel on the platform as one of the firm's key success stories. Launched as part of the company's commitments to tackle the spread of fake news in Brazil, the verified channel has attracted more than 184,000 members in less than a month. The court said the defendant had also incited people to commit public nuisance, with messages calling on them to take part in rallies and demonstrations including at Hong Kong International Airport, to block roads and to paralyse the public transportation system. Various forms of protest promoted on the messaging platform included general strikes, lunchtime protests and silent sit-ins. Over 33,000 people sent out over 1,000 doxxing messages in the group. Although the administrators tried to delete all of the messages, the posting speed was far too much for them to keep up.
