Mahkamah Sesyen di Seremban pada Selasa menetapkan 18 Februari depan sebagai tarikh baharu keputusan representasi seorang gadis berkaitan pertuduhan melakukan penderaan fizikal dan pengabaian terhadap empat kanak-kanak di sebuah pusat jagaan yang mempunyai kaitan dengan GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) pada Ogos tahun lalu.
Prosiding sebutan semula kes tersebut didengar di dua kamar mahkamah berasingan di hadapan Hakim, Datin Surita Budin dan Meor Sulaiman Ahmad Tarmizi.
Terdahulu pihak pendakwaan yang dikendalikan oleh Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Intan Noorashikin Nasarudin dan Norazihah Asmuni memaklumkan kepada mahkamah bahawa mereka telah menerima surat representasi kes pada 26 dan 27 Disember lalu.
