Добрый день. Испекла кекс из того, что было в холодильнике. Взбила 3 яйца с 1/3 ст. сахара, добавила 100 г. растопленного масла, 1 пиалку сметаны , цедру лимона, изюм. Просеяла 1,5 ст. муки с 2 ч. л. разрыхлителя. Выкладываем в форму, сверху выложила грецкие орехи и печем 45 минут. Посыпать сахарной пудрой остывший кекс. Легко, быстро и вкусно!
