❸ لزوم الإنصاف والعدل في أمره كله قال تعالى {وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُوا۟} وقال جل وعلا {وَلَا یَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰۤ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُوا۟ۚ ٱعۡدِلُوا۟ هُوَ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ } لابد من العدل في الأقوال، ولابد من العدل في الأحكام، وأنَّ من لم يعدل في قوله أو يعدل في حكمه، فإنه لم يتبع الشرع اتباعا يرجو معه النجاة. ومن لم يرع هذه القاعدة دخل الهوى إلى قلبه من مصراعيه. ومن سلم من الهوى فإن الله ينجيه في الآخرة والأولى.
