The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you will coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications with customers and senior management, and coordinate trips abroad.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior management.
• Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments.
• Prepare documents for management meetings including presentations and write meeting summaries.
• Follow up with meeting participants that have actions to complete.
• Manage communications with customers.
• Coordinate and organize trips abroad.
• Welcome and support incoming visitors.
Qualifications
• Available to full time job in Beer Sheva, Israel
• Hebrew and English (written & verbal)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Additional languages – advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of standard desktop applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet tools).
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and set priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
