Job Summary
As a BI Data Analyst in our Jerusalem R&D team, you will be a crucial part of our data-driven decision-making engine. You will collaborate with various departments to unlock the power of data, crafting impactful BI reports, dashboards, and presentations for top management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present comprehensive business analytics tailored to specific audience needs.
• Masterfully utilise BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI or another tool) to create visually compelling dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with analysts in different departments to gather and integrate data from various sources (call centre, partner, marketing, finance, etc.).
• Perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable data models.
• Contribute to broader analytical projects across the organisation.


Essential Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of proven experience as a BI Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for data exploration.
• Experience with a comprehensive BI tool (Looker/Tableau/Power BI preferred), with expertise in creating visually compelling dashboards and reports.
• Solid proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyse data.
• Good spreadsheet skills (Excel/LibreOffice/Google Sheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Advantage:
• Experience in the financial sector, particularly fintech, consumer lending, or call centres.
• Knowledge of additional analytical tools (Python, R).
• Russian Language.
