این همون دستور سوپ شیر رستورانیه که دنبالش بودین😍😋فقط کافیه یه بار توی مهمونیاتون درستش کنید؛ همه ازتون می‌پرسن دستورش چیه بس که خوشمزس😋😍😍

#سوپ_شیروقارچ

♦️جو پرک یک لیوان
♦️شیر یک لیتر
♦️قارچ حدود ۲۰۰ گرم
♦️هویج یک عدد متوسط
♦️آب ۴ لیوان(آب مرغ هم میشه)
♦️کره جمعا دو قاشق(یکی برای تفت دادن قارچ یکی برای تفت دادن آرد)
♦️جعفری ساطوری دو قاشق غذاخوری
♦️خامه در صورت تمایل یک الی دو قاشق
♦️نمک و فلفل سیاه
♦️آرد یک قاشق غذاخوری

میتونید مرغ ریش ریش شده هم توی سوپ بریزید .
به جای آب مرغ میتونید از عصاره مرغ هم استفاده کنید. ریختن خامه سوپ رو سفید تر و خوشمزه تر میکنه.
