لا يجوز السخرية من الناس حتى وإن وقعوا في حرام ومعصية، لأن السخرية شيء مذموم لذاته، لأنه يتضمن علو النفس وكبرها، ويجعلها تنسى فضل ربها عليها أن وفقها إلى الخير وحرم غيرها، وربما تستدرج حتى تحيد ولو بسوء القصد، فتغتر ثم يكون عقابها عند الله أشد ممن سخرت منه! والواجب فيمن وقع في حرام نصحه وأمره ونهيه بما يصلحه، والشفقة عليه لا السخرية منه، فمن أضله قادر على أن يضل غيره.
