همکاران این پرستار می‌گویند: پرستار فوت شده روز گذشته مشغول کار بوده که ناگهان یکی از همکاران با جسد بی‌جان او در اتاق پرستاران روبه‌رو می‌شود و موضوع را به تیم پزشکی خبر می‌دهد.
