A Note for the Inner- Self
Dear Me,
“You cannot help getting older but you don’t have to get old.” George Burns
The best way to keep your soul young all the time is when you take a good care of your MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.
MIND – Always engage yourself in a continuous self development and learning. Read books, make it your everyday habit. Commit to at least read thirty pages a day. Don’t say it is impossible, just do it this way – ten pages in the morning, ten pages during the day and ten more in the evening. Surround yourself with people that inspire you, enlighten you and bring the best out of you.
BODY – Take a good care of your body, your temple. Mind what and how much you eat and drink. Develop a health plan – exercise, jog in the morning, take long walks or do dance as often as you can. And at all times do find a reason to smile, smile from the heart, smile till you cry your eyes out and hurts you at your tummy. A good laughter has the power to burn belly fats that you can’t get rid of even with physical exercise.
SPIRIT – Invest enough time in your everyday to meditate, to pray and to listen to your inner voice. Remember what you expose yourself to in the first twenty minutes when you wake up in the morning have power to shape your emotion of the rest of the day. Listen to inspiring audio books. And if you ever listen to music, please do make sure you listen to music with worthy contents and value and do make sure to avoid negatively tuned ones.
May your day be filled with gratifying moments and inspiring encounters.
