По моему сугубо личному опыту самых трудных вещи всего две: 1. Найти адекватного и честного исполнителя (проектировщика). 2. Найти адекватного и честного заказчика.
✔️Да, вот так все просто. 90% проблем возникают по причине именно отсутствия договороспособности, честности и адекватности одной (или всех) сторон процесса проектирования. И только при соблюдении этих характеристик дальше имеет смысл обсуждать профессионализм, скорость работы и так далее...
