Поки сиджу в укритті, знайшов цікавий випадок з далекого 2016 року.

Тоді суд відмовив скасувати перейменування Красноперекопська на Яни Капу. У позивача був аргумент, що Крим окуповано, і неможливо провести громадські обговорення. Але закон є закон, ВР як представницький орган може вирішувати такі питання, і суд це визнав.

До чого я це все - можна деколонізувати всі назви вже зараз, і це буде законно. Особисто мене влаштувало, як провели декомунізацію назв 2016/2023, і я думаю інститут нацпам'яті справився би й зараз.

Але, на жаль, поки це питання відкладене на невідомо коли.
