With @realDonaldTrump election, neocons, Israel-firsters, and Iranian opposition groups pushing for "regime change" will tirelessly spread false information and fake news to block any chances of U.S.-Iran negotiations. They will try to:
- Convince Americans that “diplomacy" - which is by definition the only peaceful way to resolve conflicts - will somehow lead to war!
- Promote the idea that Iran should remain under permanent economic sanctions and that "indefinitely antagonizing the most influential country in the region" is a sound policy!
- Push the false notion that Iran only responds to "credible threats" and pressure, conveniently ignoring four decades of failed policies based on pressuring Iran!
- Claim that Iran poses an existential threat to the U.S. and Europe, while casting Israel as the defender of “human civilization” against it!
- Claim that a sustainable new regional order can be achieved by isolating Iran - a county of 90 million - while disregarding its vital and security concerns.
- Spread false claims that Iran promotes anti-Semitism or fuels social tensions in Western societies, deflecting attention from Israel’s genocidal policies, which are the root-cause of these tensions.
- Fabricate stories about Iran trying to assassinate @realDonaldTrump!
