Ответить на письмо с отказом

Если вам пришел емейл с отказом — сочувствую, это может огорчить и сильно подпортить настроение. Можно немного погрустить, а потом двигаться дальше.

Если письмо с отказом пришло не с общего почтового адреса, а с персонального емейла рекрутера, то стоит с ним/с ней завязать переписку. И ответить что-нибудь в таком духе:

Dear [name of recipient],

Thank you for your prompt response and for considering my application for the [position title] at [company name]. Although I am disappointed to learn that my application was not selected for further consideration, I appreciate the time and effort your hiring team dedicated to reviewing my qualifications.

I understand that the selection process can be challenging, especially when you receive numerous applications. Despite this outcome, I remain genuinely interested in [company name] and its mission. I would welcome any future opportunities that may arise. [company name] remains a company I admire, and I hope our paths cross again in the future.

Thank you once again for your consideration, and I wish you and the [company name] team continued success.
