Очевидно, что это дороже отечественного "Протона", который и более грузоподъемный, и по 60, но мы же помним, что никакого "рынка запусков" нет, а есть лоббизм и санкции.

Надеюсь, что новый глава Роскосмоса байки про "возвращение" на него рассказывать - не будет
