سلام به جمع باصفامن اولين بارهست كه ترك نيكوتين كردم ازاولين روزهم وصل به جلساتم نخيرنميتوان بدون پشتيباني انجمن قطع مصرف كرداگرهم بشه مدتش زيادنميشه چون بنظرمن بدون جلسات مثل يه ادم بيسواد ميشه امااين جلسات هست كه انسان رااگاه ميكنه ومن مطمعنم پاك موندن بدون جلسات امكان نداره
