22-yanvar kuni Chemonics International delegatsiyasi a’zolari bilan uchrashuv bo‘lib o‘tdi. Unda tashkilotning bosh direktori Markos Moreno, direktor o'rinbosari Merdan Annamanov va O‘zbekistondagi konsultanti Behzod Umarov ishtirok etdi.

Uchrashuvda Chemonics International tomonidan USAID ko‘magida O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotgan agrobiznesni rivojlantirish loyihasi doirasida qishloq xo‘jaligi tarmog‘idagi imkoniyatlar muhokama qilindi.

Markos Moreno o‘zining 35 yillik tajribasi haqida so‘zlab, agrobiznes sohasida yoshlar va ayollar uchun barqaror iqtisodiy imkoniyatlar yaratish bo‘yicha fikrlarini bildirib o‘tdi. Shuningdek, Merdan Annamanov Moldova va Ukrainadagi muvaffaqiyatli USAID loyihalari haqida ma’lumot berib, ularning O‘zbekistondagi loyihalar uchun ham amaliy ahamiyatini ta’kidladi.

Tashrif O‘zbekiston agrobiznes sektorida yangi istiqbollar ochishi va xalqaro hamkorlikni kuchaytirishi kutilmoqda.
